For accelerators, pricing is based on a time and materials basis, and ongoing support is available. Where accelerators are built on Cloudtoolz, you will need a Cloudtoolz runtime license to run them in your organisation.

No, you don’t need to be an existing Zentso client to use our apps. We have many organisations using our apps that haven’t used Zentso consultancy services.

This depends on the app. Many third-party vendors have created a solution or platform and Zentso have built the integration to make it work with your CRM. For example, Dotdigital owns the email marketing platform, and Zentso has built the integrations for Dotdigital to sync with iMIS, Salesforce, and Fonteva.

Most of our apps can be implemented in less than 10 hours, including configuration, testing, and user handover.

Implementation times for accelerators vary depending on the scope and complexity of your requirements. While accelerators are tailored to each client’s needs, they are built on proven solutions that significantly reduce the time and effort required compared to a fully bespoke development project.

This partly depends on the technical capability of your team. We will work alongside your team to ensure they understand the app and how it works. Many of our clients choose Zentso to configure the solution.

The Zentso team are on hand to provide any support and training needed for using our apps and accelerators. You do not need to have a dedicated technology team.
