If you’ve looked on our app store, you might have noticed items tagged as apps or accelerators. There are important differences between the two; here’s what they are and what it means for you.

Apps

Our apps are complete products that come with out-of-the-box functionality, and are installable in less than 10 hours. Apps come with documentation, support and training materials.

There is a yearly subscription fee for the use of the app, which includes upgrades and product support.

Accelerators

With our years of experience, we have configured many different solutions for membership organisations when there wasn’t a suitable app or alternative. We have made these configurations available to clients as accelerators, which we can quickly insert into your platform and configure.

Pricing is based on the effort needed to configure this for your needs, and ongoing support is on a time and materials basis.

Where accelerators are built on Cloudtoolz, you will need a simple Cloudtoolz runtime license in order to run them in your organisation.
