After working in the membership and fundraising industries for years, Jyoti Hull-Jurkovic and Ashok Kopetzky founded Zentso in 2013. They had a vision for a consultancy where clients felt supported and could achieve growth.

They gradually built a team to cover a range of skills and technical needs. Richard Kavanagh, Operations Director, joined the team in 2021 to manage day-to-day delivery.

Alan Waitt, CEO, joined in 2023 to complete the leadership team. Alan’s 30+ years of leading Client Services teams enables him to guide our team and focus on helping clients prosper sustainably.

Heading up the Australian team are Carrie Anderson, Client Success Manager, and Martin Angelin, Sales Consultant. Both have years of experience helping membership organisations implement new technology.

In the UK, Sadie Smith, Digital Success Manager, works with organisations to help ensure they are getting strategic value from their tech solutions.

Our Marketing Manager, Zoe Wells, plans our event attendance, runs our social channels, and manages our blog.
