Alan’s 30+ years of leading Client Services teams, enables him to guide our team and focus on helping clients prosper while doing this in a sustainable manner. As well as ensuring the long-term success of Zentso, Alan serves as Executive Sponsor on several engagements.

Alexander has decades of fundraising and membership consulting experience. He is a world-class developer, and leads our technical team in developing ground-breaking, and just plain useful products and services.

Richard is focused on ensuring day to day delivery and client management. When not keeping things ticking over for us, Richard can usually be found drinking tea.

Sadie supports the team with her extensive consultancy and client management experience. She has a passion for people and processes. Outside of work, she is found exploring the food markets of London.

Carrie supports the team with her extensive administrative and customer experience know-how. When not at work, she can be found walking her dog along the beach or in the dojo.

Katie supports the team and overall positive culture at Zentso. She has years of experience helping out small businesses with all things HR. When not at work, she enjoys a long walk in the forest with her dog.

Liam has extensive experience in Project Management. He specialises in simplifying technical jargon and ensures project needs and expectations are met. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket.

Annabel has extensive experience in Project Manager with a background in Computer Science. She specialises in delivering projects, translating any technical jargon and ensure everything is running smoothly. Outside of work, Annabel can be found gaming or sewing.

Gyanesh specialises in the optimisation and use of Salesforce, Fonteva, Stripe, and GoCardless, adding significant value to these areas as a certified Salesforce Administrator. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing at his local gym.

Phil has extensive experience looking after internal systems and infrastructure, ensuing everything is working as it should. He also provides great consulting to our clients when required. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis.

Apart from being a Doctor of social sciences, Pranav is a veteran of developing and supporting solutions for the NFP sector. A certified Salesforce developer and admin, Pranav can help with any issue from global economics to coding protocols.
