The Agentic Layer in Salesforce is a suite of new AI features that includes virtual agents that complete tasks for users automatically.

There are different types of agents available and they can work across different departments.

For membership organisations, associations, and unions, agents can be deployed to support staff and members.

Adding value to the member experience

A public-facing ai assistant, known as a service agent, could help offload light-touch activities that require minimal effort, oversight, or involvement to complete.

These are often routine, low-complexity, or administrative. With an AI agent managing these tasks, your team ca focus on more strategic engagement with members. ​

Help staff work more efficiently

An internal employee agent, which sits on the staff side of Salesforce, can help with data retrieval queries with intelligent responses, as well as executing some of the more routine administrative tasks on behalf of your staff users.

Employee Agent

These live within Salesforce and can assist your team with the following:

o Contact detail updates
o Accessing documents, like certificates
