Digital Excellence, hosted by MemberWise, took place at Novotel West London and brought together professionals working in the membership landscape.
The conference and exhibition had 5 streams of sessions, including: digital strategy, member engagement, case studies from leading membership organisations, and engaging presentations from industry leaders.
Jyoti (CRO and Co-Founder), Sadie (Digital Success Manager), and Zoe Wells (Marketing Manager) attended the event and spoke to delegates about their digital strategy.
