2007, a meditation retreat in Germany. Jyoti and Ashok are struck with a vision, mid-yoga pose. They didn’t want just any ordinary consultancy, oh no. They wanted something different, something revolutionary.

They wanted a consultancy where clients felt supported but not chained to their CRM partner. A place where consultants could actually have a fulfilling work-life balance, with flexible working and a sense of ownership over their own work.

Fast forward to 2013 and Zentso was born.

It wasn’t easy finding the right people to bring their vision to life, but slowly and surely, they formed a team that understood the importance of putting people first. Constantly striving to push boundaries and stay ahead of the game, Zentso continues to evolve and redefine what it means to truly prioritise the well-being of its employees.
