ContactCentre Guru – Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern the use of the ContactCentre Guru – Teams ChatBot with Call Management application (“Application”) provided by ZENTSO S GmbH (“ZENTSO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the Application within Microsoft Teams, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not install or use the Application.
2. Description of the Service
ContactCentre Guru integrates Microsoft Teams with CRM and workflow platforms such as iMIS and CloudToolz. The Application enables organizations to manage calls, identify callers through CRM records, generate AI call summaries and transcripts, log activities into CRM systems, and automate follow-up workflows.
The Application operates within Microsoft Teams and uses Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise integrations to support communication workflows, analytics, and operational automation.
3. Organizational Use
The Application is designed for organizational business use. Access to the Application is controlled by your organization’s Microsoft Teams administrator. Your organization is responsible for determining who is authorized to use the Application and ensuring that its use complies with internal policies and applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application, reverse engineer or copy the software, or use the Application to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with third-party services including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Graph APIs, and CRM systems such as iMIS. Your use of these services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
ZENTSO is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or technical limitations arising from third-party platforms.
6. Data Processing
To provide its functionality, the Application may process certain operational data including call metadata, caller identification details, call transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and CRM activity records.
This information is processed solely to enable call management, CRM integration, workflow automation, and analytics functionality. Further information on how personal data is handled can be found in our Privacy Policy.
7. AI-Generated Content
Some features of the Application rely on artificial intelligence to generate call summaries, transcripts, suggested follow-up actions, or conversation insights. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated information before relying on it for operational or business decisions.
8. Security
ZENTSO implements commercially reasonable security measures including Azure Active Directory authentication, OAuth2 authorization, and secure API communications. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and complying with their organization’s security policies.
9. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Application may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages of underlying infrastructure or third-party platforms.
ZENTSO reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Application at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Application, including its software, architecture, and documentation, remain the property of ZENTSO S GmbH.
The Application is licensed to organizations for use within Microsoft Teams and is not sold.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENTSO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
The Application is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
12. Changes to These Terms
ZENTSO may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at https://zentso.com/contact-centre-guru/terms.
Continued use of the Application after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
