Step 1: We analyse your current business processes and your current use of Progress and document this.
Step 2: Create user stories for each process and how it would work in iMIS for you, along with the effort required to configure this.
Step 3: Educate users as early as possible so they can support the configuration themselves (and become iMIS masters by the end of the process!)
Step 4: Look at your current data and provide a strategy for getting it out of Progress cleanly and in the correct format to go into iMIS.
We put agile at the heart of our projects – which means that we value people and conversations as well as using working software over theoretical processes.
You will be left with a fully functional iMIS solution that is able to manage your business process from Progress, and has all your necessary Progress data migrated into it.
You will also have trained users, capable of passing on this training, and capable of using the tools within the system to extend it themselves.
